Ceremony at the Town Hall

September 30, 1996:

After three years of advertising, Holzgerlingen said YES to Crystal Lake. In a ceremonies act in the fully occupied town hall the mayors of the two towns Robert J. Wagner und Wilfried Dölker signed the official documents.

In the afternoon, a tree was planted to symbolize the partnership of the sister cities.

In the past, there have been contacts between private individuals, students and music groups. In the future, commercial, cultural and sporting exchanges are planned. The communities around Holzgerlingen are invited to work with us.
